Things don't look like they are on the bright side of the sun for Lindsay Lohan. She was supposed to complete her alcohol education classes and was ordered to personally appear on court in Thursday, except that its almost Thursday now and she's still in Cannes. According to TMZ:

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley is in chambers with the judge in Lindsay Lohan's DUI probation case ... and on her way in Holley clearly telegraphed that Lindsay needs a little mercy if she's going to avoid jail.
Holley said it's up to the judge to decide if Lohan will go to jail. It's the best Holley -- a highly-accomplished lawyer -- can really say, since Lindsay has not completed the required number of alcohol ed classes.

Can Lindsay attend the alcohol education classes in court? That's a win-win situation right? Because how else will she be able to fit her busy schedule of dating lesbians, getting drunk and pretending to look for a job while attending actual alcohol education classes. That's impossible!

Update: Think she's really going to jail because she dug her own grave. sources say she can’t get a flight back to the States because of the volcanic ash from Iceland. Airports all over Europe are jam-packed and it’s impossible to get a seat.

Although a check on Delta, Air France and a lot of other airlines look like they're open. Trying to put the blame on Mother Nature?
