No romance between Alisa Galper and Harry from Da Mouth
Yahoo! NewsKnown for her flawless performance in Taiwanese variety show, One Million Stars, Alisa Galper was the only 'challenger' from the show to emerge with perfect scores. She officially made her debut with her first self-titled album in June and recently held a mini press event at Taiwanese pub, Brown Sugar.
At the event, she performed a song with male vocalist of Da Mouth, Harry. The pair delivered a soothing rendition and perfectly harmonized tune together, leaving fans tongue-tied at their performance. In a long-distance phone interview with Harry, he revealed that both he and Alisa are under the same managing company and are only good friends.
He explained that he has known her for a period of time - starting from her participation in the Taiwanese singing competition. As the pair were not well-versed in Chinese and both shared similar backgrounds (both are Taiwanese-American), they instantly connected and became fast friends.
New in a foreign land, Harry offered to be Alisa's tour guide and would often introduce new places of interest to her. Although Harry expressed that there is no spark between them, he confessed that he was in awe of Alisa's charm and singing capabilities.
