Paris Hilton Wore This For Dinner

Paris Hilton's mum had a birthday dinner and so she decided to stand out more than most by wearing this to the dinner. One would assume you'd be more appropriately covered up instead because its a dinner, not a nightclub party. Nonetheless, its better than what she usually looks like wearing.
