And now, apparently Christina wants to sue for allegations of child abuse. Now Aguilera is fuming and her lawyer says she might sue. It was suggested that Aguilera's "erratic behavior and alleged booze-filled outings" led to the injury, but 3-year-old Max actually fell while chasing squirrels in the park with his nanny. Her lawyer said in a letter to the site, "To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable," and concluded, "HAVE YOU NO SHAME!!!!"
