For the past year, William So has been focusing on his career outside of Hong Kong. He says he earned money, but this year he wants to return to Hong Kong to release a new album and act in a television series. He says he will release a high quality jazz album. It is said that Hacken Lee is already heading towards the direction of a jazz album, William says, "I've been heading towards that direction since 2000."

William is back! It better be some jazzy love songs because I miss his love songs. I like how he answered the reporter regarding Hacken heading the same direction, no BS, just straight forward.
As for William coming back...perfect timing. With Jacky doing his world tour, Sammi coming back, and now William, this could be a revival year for the HK industry.
