Katie's name is now known as KATE. Because she's too old to be called Katie. It's like how dogs are too old to be called doggy, and cats kitty.

You got to give it to him. He's creative. Just when there's absolutely nothing you can think about here, he pops a really silly thing to do.

It seems to me however, he's wanting to change Katie into the perfect woman, or thing he actually wants. Next thing you know, she'd be growing another tit because he so deems so. And, suddenly, like when he feels like it, she becomes invisible, and he goes off to find another Katie to turn into Kate.
