Bare in mind that Beyonce is pregnant, and she managed to get out and about wearing this skanky short dress at the launch of her new fragrance "Pulse" in New York. Granted of course, she's in her first trimester, so the belly ain't going to be showing anytime soon, but we're going to call dibs saying she'll explode into Aretha Franklin size pretty soon.
