Madonna Says Lady Gaga Is No Britney Spears

Continuing her vocal disapproval for Lady Gaga, she tells the Advocate while comparing Lady Gaga to Britney Spears this:

Recently Time magazine referred to Madonna as “the Lady Gaga of the ’80s.” When I ask about this, a bit of a chill sweeps over the room.
“I have no thoughts,” she says. “What’s the question?” So I ask it a different way: What do you think of how Gaga connects with her fans, and is it parallel to the relationship you had with gay fans early on?
Madonna pauses for a moment, composing herself. “It seems genuine,” she says, also seeming genuine. “It seems natural, and I can see why she has a young gay following. I can see that they connect to her kind of not fitting into the conventional norm. I mean, she’s not Britney Spears. She’s not built like a brick shithouse.“

Right, because she likes to take a crap on every artist but herself. So Madonna had the last 5,000 years to be perfect. A little unfair right?

Madonna Talks About Her Relationship With Younger Men

If you think there was no rhyme or reason to Madonna dating younger men, then I guess you're right, because now she's opening up about dating 24 year old zigot Brahim Zaibat despite the fact that she's a good 5,000 years older than him. In this rare interview with ABC News:

“I didn’t choose to, you know, I didn’t, like, write down on a piece of paper I’m now going to have a relationship with a younger man,” Madonna told McFadden. “That’s just what happened. You see, that’s the romantic in me. I just met someone that I cared for, and this happened to be his age.”
But when asked what she found appealing about younger man, the Material Girl tried to shut down the line of questioning with, “I don’t feel comfortable with this conversation.”

Madonna continued to talk about finding someone she can connect with her childre too.

Putting family first, one of the most important things Madonna said she looks for in a partner is someone whom her two biological children, Lourdes, 15, and Rocco, 11, and her two adopted children, David Banda and Mercy James, both 6, will respect.
“Someone who feels a connection with my children and respects the idea that they have to be a role model as well,” Madonna said. “It’s a lot to live up to.”
As for her current relationship with Zaibat, Madonna claimed she is actually the low-maintenance “easy” one between the two of them.
“I go home and I wash my face and I put on my sweatpants and I lay down on the bed and I say, ‘oh, please rub my feet,’ and you know, he says, ‘no, you rub my feet,’” Madonna said. “So, you know, behind the curtain, I’m just like everybody else.”

Madonna's Brother Is Homeless and Living Under A Bridge

Madonna was at the London Film Festival premiere of W.E. But instead of doing the important things, like taking care of family, her oldest brother Anthony Ciccone is reportedly homeless and living under a bridge on the streets. The Michigan Messenger reports:

Ciccone said he’s been among the city’s homeless for a year and a half since losing a job at his father’s vineyard and winery in Suttons Bay. He said that it annoys him that some people are amused that a person from such a high profile family would end up sleeping, as he does, under the Union St. bridge.
“My family turned their back on me, basically, when I was having a hard time,” he said. “You think I haven’t answered this kind of question a bazillion times — why my sister is a multibazillionarie, and I’m homeless on the street?”
“Never say never,” he said. “This could happen to anybody.”

Madonna doesn't think thats so bad, because she's got it worse. She's living in a real home!

If you spend enough time on frozen concrete without proper insulation you will get frostbite, he said. “You have no idea how gruesome it is.”
“You get nerve damage. That’s the milder stage, in the severe stage you have tissue damage, that is when you lose parts of your body.”
“I got frostbite on my feet last winter, Ciccone said. “A friend of mine lost all ten toes. Several have died of hypothermia.”

Family? What's that? Madonna's 5,000 years old remember?

Madonna's First 'W.E.' Trailer Is Out, Causes Talk

Madonna's "W.E." has made its way to the web and now everyone else can give their two cents about the controversy.

The movie toggles "Julie & Julia"-style between the famous story of King Edward VIII's abdication of the British throne for his American lover, Wallis Simpson.

Madonna's second directorial endeavor was picked up by the Weinstein Company.

The film's controversy stems from claims of the royal pair's sympathy for the Nazi cause, which the film apparently dismisses.

"W.E." is scheduled to hit theaters Dec. 9, 2011.

Guess Which One Is Madonna..

I'm going to take a wild guess here, and it's that lady who's face we can't see in the picture above! As to why Madonna is suddenly covering her face like that can only mean a couple of things. Mum-ra mode has turned off hence she's uglier than sin, and she's doing you, me, a favor by covering up. Way to go! More in the gallery:

Madonna Doesn't Even Want You To Look At Her

The drama of the Hydrangeas continues on, as Madonna again decreed that volunteers at the Toronto International Film Festival to not look at her as she walked past them. Globe and Mail:

It was a bit of a different story backstage, however, when eight of those volunteers were asked to turn their faces to a wall so that they would not look at the pop-star-turned-movie-director as she made her way to her press conference about the film. One volunteer told the Globe they all dutifully stood with their backs to her as she passed.

Madonna Can Like Any Other Flower She Wants

Yesterday we saw Madonna taking a dump on hydrangeas in the bitchiest way possible when a fan handed her the flower. It was all over the internet, and needless to say, she probably had to do some damage control so she doesn't get called a flower hater forever. CNN reports:

“She’s entitled to like any flower she wants and she didn’t want to hurt the feeling of the hydrangeas of the world,” the rep said in a short statement. “No disrespect to the hydrangeas lovers of the world but she prefers different types of flowers.”

No mention of what's her favourite though. Hmm..

Don't You Dare Bring Madonna Hydrangeas

Madonna was at a press conference during the 68th Annual Venice Film Festival in Italy when a fan came up to her in good gesture to give her flowers. Instead of liking them, she quickly put them aside and whispered that she hated it, because of all the flowers, the fan had to give her the one kind she completely loathes. Hydrangeas.
